Another Christmas, another year. This one has special significance. This is our first great grand child. Yes, that’s a GREAT before grand child. I still say I’m too young to be a great grandmother, but I will enjoy Morgana anyway!
Of course, we can’t have a holiday without a family joke. Earlier this year Tom and Wes were expounding to Courtney on how difficult it is to find a jack-a-lope in these parts, but, with a little luck, you can. Courtney didn’t know if she should believe them or not. Even our grandson (her boyfriend), Jon was doing his best to convince her that this creature really did exist. Well, she must have done some research. Because she got the guys their very own Jack-a-lope t-shirts!
The hit of the evening was a marble race game. Our grandson, Tyler, has always enjoyed Mouse Trap, so I thought he’s like a marble race. Before the evening was done, I think everyone got into the act!
All in all it was a great day. But then everytime the kids come to visit, it’s a great day!
